HR-1000 Water based film replacement varnish is composed of water-based resin, additives and water. It is a water-based varnish with excellent anti sticking, environmental protection and fine hand feeling. It is a special hand photosensitive varnish similar to compound film.

3. Processing equipment and service conditions

1. Roller coating of polishing base on varnish filter（ Applicable to anilox roller of 80 ~ 100 lines (varnish passing)

2. Use short (medium) wave infrared drying（ In order to make the coating day well, we suggest to make the drying channel temperature to 80 ° ~ 135 °)

3. Please stir evenly before use.

4.We suggest up varnish quantity is 4 ~ 6G / ㎡. Increasing the varnish quantity is conducive to improving wear resistance and good explosion-proof effect.

5. In normal use, if the viscosity is too thick, we suggest to add a little of water for dilution（ ± 5% water)

5. Attention

(1)During shutdown, the mesh wheel roller shall be cleaned immediately with clean water.

(2)The washing water shall be avoid flow into the sink (bucket), or it will cause the product quality performance reduce.

(3)It is recommended to use up the varnish after operation within 7 days to avoid product quality degradation.

(4)It is recommended to place it for 24 hours after the varnish is passed and confirm that it has been dried before relevant tests or subsequent processes are carried out.

(6)The product shall be stored away from high temperature and direct sunlight, and the storage temperature shall be above 4 ℃.
