1.Introduction
 
DAIICHI-UV LED 500 LO plant-basedink is a new generation of low-corrosion, low-odor, universal, green, and low-carbon LED cold-curing printing ink. The product uses a high proportion of renewable plant-based raw material modification system, abandoning the traditional petroleum-based, highly corrosive UV structure. Through molecular structure optimization, it achieves direct compatibility with original offset printing roller sand blankets, requiring no equipment modification or replacement of UV consumables. It also combines the advantages of traditional offset ink-water balance processes with the instant curing capabilities of LED, perfectly solving industry pain points such as corrosive consumables, high roller replacement costs, difficult cleaning, brittle curing, and environmental restrictions associated with traditional UV inks.
