Strengthen the construction of talent team to consolidate the foundation of high-quality development of printing industry

The China Printing Association (CPA) dispatched a research team to Guizhou from June 7th to 9th, 2023 to conduct research on the construction of talent in the printing industry. The research revealed that printing companies in the southwest region are facing difficulties in recruiting talent, limited avenues for talent development, and skill gaps among employees.

The CPA expressed willingness to collaborate with local provincial and municipal printing associations to promote the construction of skilled and professional talent teams. They proposed suggestions and plans to facilitate the high-quality development of the printing industry.

The research team also conducted investigations in Zhejiang, where they exchanged ideas with company leaders and visited relevant organizations. Based on the research findings, the CPA will provide multi-level suggestions for talent development and strive to address the imbalance between talent supply and demand in the industry.
